CDCKI Travel Package includes:

  • Roundtrip Airfare (2 airport options to choose from)

  • District Dinner Outing
  • LSSP Registration (optional)

CDCKI ICON "Extras" Package includes:

  • The same items as the Travel Package minus Hotel Accomodations, Airfare, and Registration fees
  • This package is for those attending ICON who chose to register directly with The Meeting Connection instead of through CDCKI
  • Registration Deadline for this option: July 1, 2008

Registration is BINDING once submitted and you are obligated to make your payments on time. Cancellations IN WRITING will be honored until June 1, 2008 and you will be entitled to a full refund.

Hotel Arrangements for ICON

Hotel check-in time is 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 12:00 Noon.

The Capital District will check you in and out. Upon your arrival, please contact OTIC Chair Sneha Bhat, 865-898-2998, to get your room key and turn your room key into her when you are ready to check-out.
