Dear Capital Leadership, 

Financial implications of the structure change documents are now available. 
It is a rather large file, so please contact me directly for a response with 
the document. It lists a comparison of dues expenses of the current and the 
proposed strucuture.
I highly recommend International Convention delegates to print off a copy to 
bring to House of Delegates. Also, please feel free to contact me with 
further questions or comments about the House of Delegates.
