[CDCKI Business] New Bi-Monthly Email!

Hey everyone!

                I hope you all received your Capital Courier EXTRAS! Let me
know if there were any problems. We are starting something *new* in the
District and I will need your help with it! I will be sending out a *Bi-Monthly
email* containing any events that the clubs around the district will have in
those months. Please use this email to advertise for your clubs events and
give everyone the opportunity to interclub as much as possible! I will send
out reminders before I publish the email, but just keep in mind while
planning events if you would like to open it up to the entire district this
is the place to go!

The first one will be a little different since it is the summer. Please send
me any events that you would like to publicize in the Capital District for
the months of *MAY, JUNE, & JULY*. This email will be going out May
2nd*,*so please send your events to me by
*May 1st.*

Include the general idea of the event, the time, place, hosting club, and
anything that is needed for the event (registration fees, dress codes,
etc.).  You may also include a PDF of the flyer if you would like. By
compiling all of the information into one document, you can keep your clubs
organized and know well in advance when you may be able to travel around the
District.

I hope you all have a great remainder of the semester and good luck on your
exams!
