Hey Everyone!

Tired for paying tons of money for tuition every year? Circle K
International can make things a little bit easier for you through a CKI
Scholarship!

The scholarship booklet can be found

and in it you'll find criteria and applications for several scholarships
including the following:


   - *Paul L. Frantz Circle K Past International Presidents' Scholarship:
   *This $1,000 scholarship is intended to assist and reward club
   presidents who have demonstrated excellence and dedication to CKI.
   - *Himmel Scholarship:* This is a $500.00 scholarship funded by family
   and friends of Harry S. Himmel, deceased President Emeritus of the Kiwanis
   International Foundation.
   - *J. Walker Field Scholarship:* This is a $1,000 scholarship in the
   memory of J. Walker Field, a past Kiwanis governor and avid CKI supporter
   from the Florida District.
   - *National Dean's List Scholarship*: two $500 scholarships are
   provided to CKI members who have received the National Dean's List
   recognition!
   - *AmerLink Scholarship:* This $500 scholarship. Funded by AmerLink
   Ltd., America's Log Home Company. AmerLink Ltd., www.amerlink.com,
   recognizes the important role of re-forestation. One scholarship is awarded
   to a CKI member in his/her Junior or Senior year pursuing a degree in
   Forestry or Environmental Sciences.
   - *TruGreen Scholarship:* This $500 scholarship funded by TruGreen
   will go to an outstanding CKI member who has been involved in campus or
   community beautification projects.
   -  *Cunat International Scholarship:* This $2,500 scholarship is
   provided by Kiwanis International Past President Brian and Miki Cunat. It is
   based upon leadership of the CKI member in his or her line of study,
   regardless of grade point average or financial need.

It doesn't hurt to apply, so please do!!

*Applications for CKI and Matching District Scholarships are due to District
Administrator Jeffrey Wolff* (12404A Liberty Bridge Rd.; Fairfax, VA
22033-6041) *so that they are received by February 10, 2008!!*
