Hey Everyone!

If you are a *CKI member* *graduating this spring*, and you are interested,
below is information on a job opening as a Key Leader Program Specialist
with Kiwanis International. The individual would be responsible for
development of the Key Leader curriculum and marketing of the Key Leader
program, and he/she would work directly with the Manager and the
Operations Specialist
on all matters of Key Leader.

Prerequisites for the position include various qualities and criteria
ranging from a Bachelor's degree in education, communications, business,
youth development or an equivalent degree, to 2-4 years experience in youth
development, to stong communication and public speaking skills, to
experience working with volunteers...and more. Involvement in the
Kiwanis-Family is a plus!

Dear Key Leader Team,  Attached is the official posting for the opening we
have in the Key Leader department. The salary range for this position is set
in the middle $30,000's.   Please spread the word to those you know who
would be perfect additions to our team.
I have had several questions since my first e-mail announcing our staff
changes. * Erin* will still be with Kiwanis in her new role working with
Circle K, Aktion Club, Kiwanis Junior, and Kiwanis Next.  Her new phone
extension is 258. * Lori* has been promoted into a new position on the Key
Leader team--that of* Operations Specialist*.  She will be working with all
the camps, registration, contracts, bills, ordering--all the details to make
our events happen. So please direct those questions to her.   Same phone
extension of 247. We are interviewing two internal candidates this week for
Lori's former position as Kiwanis Youth Programs* Program Associate*.
The new position as you can read is still entitled Key Leader* Program
Specialist* and will concentrate on the development of our curriculum for
all events, work with the Lead Facilitators, marketing our program, and
developing collaborations.  We need the very best person for this role. If
you have any questions in this interim, just let me know.   Your help is
