[District Board] Words from the CKI Club at Virginia Tech

Dear members of Circle K International and the Kiwanis-Family,

As many of you already know, on Monday, April 16, 2007, the Virginia
Polytechnic Institute and State University was faced with a
shocking tragedy. On this day, at least thirty-three lives were taken in one
of the largest school shootings in all of our nation's history. Not only did
this impact all of the Virginia Tech community, but it also directly
affected the CKI Club at Virginia Tech when one of their very own CKI
members, Ryan "Stack" Clark, passed away due to wounds sustained from this
tragic event. Although there is nothing we can do to undo what has occurred,
we can show our support for VTCKI and those who have fallen by continuing to
serve our communities and the world.
