[District Board] CDCKI Membership Update!

Hey Board!

Take a look at the latest *CKI* *Club Information Listing* (attached). We
are currently at *996 members* in the* Capital District of CKI*!

This is great, and we are SO CLOSE to breaking 1,000 members. However, we
are not quite there yet, so don't stop now! Please encourage any clubs who
have recruited/collected dues for additional members to submit these to
International as soon as possible!! With these additional members, we should
easily be able to reach over a thousand CDCKI'ers :-)

FYI: since last time...

   - Virginia Commonwealth University added 2 members
   - George Mason University added 7 members
   - University of Mary Washington added 2 members
   - Towson University added 8 members
