[District Board] Board Intros and Program Ads

Hey District Board!

I hope everyone is surviving through your mounds of papers and finals! :)

I just wanted to remind you about two very important items that we have
coming up before you all get too far into your winter breaks.

*Program Ads:* Don't forget that each board member and committee chair is
responsible for 2 pages of the convention program. That can be 4 half page
ads, 2 full page ads, or any way you want to split it up. To make things
easier make sure you write your name somewhere on the form so that when they
are submitted to Jeff he can know which board member to give the ad credit
to (otherwise we won't know its you). Remember that you can sell ads to
family members, local businesses, kiwanis family members etc. If you need
help with the design of an ad just let me know! *There is no official
deadline for program ads on the form but please shoot to have all of your
ads sold and collected by mid-January so that we can get the program
together.*

*Script Introductions: *We will need a short introduction from all board
members and committee chairs for the convention script. Pretty much you need
to hit the highlights and talk about where you go to school, how many years
you've been in cki, your major, your hobbies/interests etc. I've attached
examples of intros for the last two years so you can get a general idea of
what your intros can be but feel free to write anything. All intros should
be about a paragraph, so if you get some time over break please work on
these. *I will need all introductions no later than the Friday BEFORE the
board meeting which is January 12th!*
