[District Board] Dues Report Update

Hey Everyone!

Here's the latest District Dues Report from CKI:
http://www.circlek.org/districtdues/paid/0708_1001_1213_07_u.pdf. Keep in
mind that they are still a little behind on dues processing, so you still
may not see some clubs who submitted their dues payments in mid/late
November.

Right now we are listed as having *738 members* in Capital. Our goal is
1,100 members, so keep pushing for more :)
