[District Board] January Board Meeting Agenda and Directives

Hey District Board and Committee Chairs!

*Attached to this e-mail are the agenda and directives for January Board
Meeting (January 18-20, 2008). *Please read through the directives now
itself as there are some which need to be completed earlier than others. If
you have any questions about any of your directives, please let me know as
soon as possible. Committee Chairs please note that your directives are also
listed in this same file this time.

When you come to this Board Meeting, be prepared for a busy weekend, and
plan on arriving in Fairfax, VA by 7 PM on Friday, January 18th so that we
can begin the meeting promptly at 8PM. Please don't be late as we have a lot
to cover in a short amount of time! The dress code for the weekend is
business casual on Friday evening and Sunday, and business professional for
Saturday.

If you need a ride please coordinate with other board members in the coming
weeks, and let me know if you are having any problems.

Don't forget that your *Board Reports are due by midnight on January 12th*.
You should have received the template in the e-mails from November Board
Meeting. If you need it again, let me know. Please don't be late turning
your report in so that the Board Book can be out in time and everyone will
have sufficient time to look over the Board Book before arriving at the
Board Meeting.
