This is a reminder that Monthly Report Forms (MRFs) for the month of January
are due* TONIGHT -** Monday, February 5, by 11:59 PM!!*

is highly encouraged that you use the online MRF submission option, which
can be found at the following site: http://cdcki.org/mrf/clubMenu.php.
