[District Board] Change to Mailing List

All 2006-07 Board Members: 

 

The hosting company that provides our web site and mailing lists facility
seems to have made a change to all of our mailing lists.   They have set a
40kb body limit (which includes the attachment) on messages sent to the
district reflectors.  That is why a number of messages with attachments have
not been getting through lately.  

 

This is easily correctible, however.  ALL Lt. Governors should login to the
administrative interface for their divisional mailing list and change the
option ¾ of the way down the “General Options” page that is referred to as
“maximum message body length”.  You’ll see that it is set to 40 and should
be put back to 0.   

 

Justin, could you please update the district board reflector as well as the
club officer reflectors.
