[District Board] DCON Update

D-Board,

Wohoo!  Great Job guys!  I am working on McDaniel and JHU.... any
suggestions on what to tell them to get them to come??  Please help!
Also... if anyone wants to give the presidents a call to maybe sway them
that would be so great!
