[District Board] June Board Meeting Reports and more

Hey everyone,

I hope your summers are going well!!

This is a reminder that your June Board Meeting Board Reports were due last
Friday, June 1st. This was listed in the June Board Meeting directives
(which were sent out on May 15th), so it should not come as a surprise to
anyone. If you have not turned your board report in yet, please do so
by *midnight
on this Tuesday, June 5th*. Your written reports are due by this date so
that we can still have our June Board Book out on time for everyone to
save/print by this weekend! Thank you to those of you who have
already turned in your reports :)

For June Board Meeting, please arrive at the Hyatt Fair Lakes in Fairfax,
VA, by 7:30 PM this Friday June 8th, so that we can start our meeting
promptly at 8PM. Friday and Sunday's attire is business casual, but please
bring professional clothes for the Saturday portion of the board meeting.
The address for the Hyatt Fair Lakes is *12777 Fair Lakes Circle; Fairfax,
Virginia, USA 22033*, in case you want to get directions!

*Remember that your LTG/Editor MRFs are still due this Sunday, June 10th. If
you are not going to be able to complete them during this weekend because of
the board meeting, please do so before this weekend so that they are not
late! Don't forget to remind your clubs that their MRFs are due by midnight
tomorrow!!*

Also, I attached a second copy of the agenda and directives for this Board
Meeting in case anyone needs them. Please let me know if you have any
questions!
