[District Board] Anthology & OTIC Reminders

Hey CDCKI Board Members!

I just wanted to remind you of a few things I discussed and asked for at the
board meeting this past weekend:

   - E-mail me ideas for cover art for the anthology
   - E-mail me ideas for what to say on the acknowledgements page for the
   anthology
   - E-mail me a list CKI'ers or friends you know of who can do graphic
   design stuff
   - Subscribe to the CrabsInPortland reflector if you're not on it
   (e-mail CrabsInPortland-subscribe at googlegroups.com )
      - Please ask all other interested members in your division to
      subscribe if s/he is not on the reflector yet
   - Mail the attached Delegate form to a 2007-08 club officer of the
   club you're serving as a delegate for, have that officer sign it, and mail
   it back to you
      - If turning in form via mail, must be postmarked by July 10,
      2007 (please make a copy before you mail it)
      - If not mailing, bring form w/ you to ICON

Also for those who were wondering, the LSSP Hotel is roughly 21 miles from
the ICON Hotel and Mapquest stated they're about 30 minutes apart.

For those going to LSSP, be aware that the LSSP committee will ONLY be
providing transportation to the ICON Hotel on Friday August 3rd. Your ICON
hotel room is reserved from Aug 4-7, meaning you can't check into the ICON
hotel until Aug 4th.

Hopefully when you registered for LSSP you opted for the extra $22 to stay
at the LSSP hotel Friday night. Transportation from the LSSP hotel to the
ICON hotel on Aug 4th is on your own and please arrive prior to 1pm.
