[District Board] ICON Registration Spreadsheet

Hello everyone, 

 

Attached is the current spreadsheet that I will be sending to Meeting
Connection on Monday.  Please review your info on the sheet and let me know
if you see any mistakes.   YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN TRAVEL TO
PORTLAND AND THIS CANNOT BE VOUCHERED.  The district will pay for your hotel
room and registration. 

 

Since you are not registering online, you will need to complete both pages
of the attached Word document and bring it with you to Portland.  It will be
collected when you check in.  

 

The suite is designed to hold 6-7 people, but we will be putting 9 of you in
it.  There is a king bed (3), two queen beds (4) and then we will have two
cots brought in.
