[District Board] SOTC Promotion

Guys,

 

I just emailed all the officer reflectors about SOTC, but make sure you
promote this HEAVILY to your divisions this week, REGISTRATIONS ARE LOW!  We
need to have a ton more people register before we get anywhere near our
goal!
