[District Board] DLSSP confirmation

Greetings Board,

     As requested I found an alternative location for the DLSSP in Baltimore, so that both events could be held the same day.  The Baltimore DLSSP is at Essex Library in Baltimore County.  The address is 1110 Eastern Boulevard Essex, MD 21221.  The event will be from 12pm til 3:30pm, but I'm asking CKI to arrive at 11am for set up and organization and to plan on staying until 4pm for clean up.  CKI members will be dressing as characters from children story books.  The stations that are to be set up include story telling and story reading, writing pen pals (to children in Harrisonburg), making book marks, and a coloring/drawing station.
     I need to know how many members from each club are coming.  Given the length of time between now and DLSSP, I would prefer the club email me directly with the number of members that will be coming to the Baltimore DLSSP.  Thank you.
