Hey Everyone!

OK, so I'm guessing Justin wasn't able to find the Officer Guidebooks in
Publisher format, so I took the ones that were in PDF and converted them
into Word so you all can edit them and then I made them all in the same
format b/c I'm OCD and it really bugged me that there wasn't a uniform
format. LOL!

You can access the Guidebooks at
http://students.umw.edu/~anguy0dq/New%20Guidebooks.zip

Workshop Facilitators, remember that your *updated Guidebook and workshop
materials are due to me by 11:59pm THIS FRIDAY March 16*. If you think you
can't make this deadline, please let me know ASAP and I'll work something
out with you.

Also, attached is a campus map of UMW for and a Packing list for someone to
pass out to all the registered people. I don't know who has that list, but
whoever does, can you please pass it out for me?

I was talking to Sarah & Justin, and to add to the theme of the weekend,
we're going to break people up into teams and the objective of the weekend
is to win the most "homeruns." During each workshop, I'm going to have
you facilitators to hand out a "homerun card" to team members who answers
CKI-related questions correctly. *So be sure to add time for quiz questions
to the end of your workshop.* During closing session the winning team will
get like goodies bags of cheap baseball memorbilla. It's like a competitive
way to get people to really learn that weekend!

Sarah's buying the prizes and baseball decorations, but can't attend SOTC,
so Lana, can you get the items from her on your way to SOTC?

Also, Sneha is going to create the list of Sister-Clubs Pairings for
2007-2008 and we'll announce those pairings at SOTC, so please add time
during your workshop to let the officers bond w/ their Sister-Club.

If you weren't aware, my home club planned a river clean-up for the service
project for Sunday, so please tell people to bring work gloves and such.

My home club is working on making signs to direct people to the building
SOTC is being held in and making a list of possible places for people to
eat dinner at for Saturday.

I'm working w/ Sarah for a script for Opening Session to introduce the 06-07
DBoard and the rules for the weekend for winning homeruns (we'll e-mail out
that script sometime next week) as well as getting name tags done and
the Resource CD. I'll make the program since it's going to be mainly
workshops anyway.

Does anyone have questions on what's going on for SOTC? I'll give you all
more updates as I more stuff gets done for it during the week!

-Anh
