[District Board] SOTC Program

Hey Guys!

Attached is a copy of the SOTC program. I kinda just threw it together so if
you think its fugly and want me to change some things, like me know!

Please review it for typos and whatnot. Thanks!

Also, the room numbers for the workshops are not set in stone because I need
to look at the registration list to figure out which workshops might need a
big room or small room, but those are all the rooms UMW CKI Club President
Matt Pask reserved for us.
