[District Board] SOTC Opening & Closing Session Planning!

Hey Guys!

OK, I started to make agendas for Opening and Closing Session for SOTC and
they are attached. Let me know if you want to add/delete some agenda points
to either session.

As you can tell, I think we should promote our Sister District event during
closing session and I have Milan and Ei Ei to speak on it and Ei Ei is CC'ed
to this e-mail so she's aware.

Also, Justin, I allotted time for you to speak on LSSP and ICON since your
OTIC. Also, many people have been asking about "Summer Social" so it might
be wise to make an annoucement at SOTC that the event has been nixed.

Sneha, I allotted time for you to promote vacant commitee chair positions
during closing session.

Where there are "???" for next to Speaker, I need people to volunteer to
speak on those items, please.

Lastly, the teams are going to operate like the teams were set up at STR
last year, where each team elected a team leader and none of the district
officers led them, just to make things simpler for us and plus the team
thing is very low key anyway. Let, me know if you disagree!

Also, I think people should sit in teams during the CKI Basics and
Fall Membership Drives workshops to help with team bonding to help each
score points. During CLE, people should sit with their clubs.

Whoo Hoo, SOTC is slowly coming together very nicely! Thanks for everyone's
hard work!!!
