[District Board] Take Me Out To The Ballgame 2007

Normally, I would not send this kind of e-mail to the board reflector, but
since it is a fundraiser to directly support our Service Leadership Programs
and will be a good Kiwanis Interclub event, I figured some of you or your
clubs might be interested.

The Kiwanis Club of Tysons Corner has once again purchased a large block of
tickets for what we've dubbed in the last two years as "Take Me Out To The
Ballgame Day".  For those of you new to this event, our club purchases a
large block of tickets for a Washington Nationals game as both a social
event but more importantly a fundraiser for our club.  

 

This year we have purchased 200 tickets to the Sunday, May 20th ,2007 game
between the Washington Nationals and Baltimore Orioles at 1:35pm.   These
are infield Upper View MVP seats in rows 6-10 of sections 519 & 520 (right
next to each other) which we are selling for the face value of $21 each at a
small per ticket profit to our club. 

 

Attached is a flyer that can be distributed to any friends, family or
colleagues that you know that might be interested.   Please feel free to
e-mail your orders (don't forget to provide a mailing address for the
tickets). 

 

Checks for $21 x number of tickets, should be made payable to the "Kiwanis
Club of Tysons Corner" and sent to:
