[District Board] Board Buddy Challenge #1

Hey D-Board!

As mentioned in one of my e-mails sent around a week ago, Capital District
Key Club Governor Sarah Smith and I have created a new Board Buddy system to
increase the interactions and better the relations between CKI and Key Club.
Again, for those of you who missed it last time, I listed the buddy
breakdown (see below). If you have any questions about your buddies, please
let me know. For the most part, we did it based on geography and/or roles on
the board, so this way it will make things easier for you all to also plan
projects and events together!

Attached is the first Board Buddy Challenge. You will need to contact each
of your Key Club counterparts (and/or they will contact you) and fill out
one of the attached forms with each of them. Since most CKI members will
have multiple counterparts, you will need to fill out more than one of these
forms (but they shouldn't take too long to complete). The idea is to find as
many things as possible that you have in common with your counterpart. For
the first part, just check any listed items which you both share, and for
Part 2, try to find 5 things which you and your partner have in common which
you think nobody else will pick! The instructions are also listed on the
sheet, but if you have any questions still about how this works, let me
know!

*The deadline to complete these forms is our June Board Meeting!* So you can
print these out and bring them with you OR e-mail them back to me before
then. Remember, the winners will get an awesome TOP-SECRET prize to be
awarded at Kiwanis-Family Weekend in September, so please at least try by
completing this with all of your buddies!

I don't have the most recent Key Club Board contact information right now,
but as soon as I get this, I will forward it on to all of you.
