Hey Lieutenant Governors!

This is a reminder that you have 1 hour and 15 minutes to submit your first
Monthly Report Form for the month of April and still have it be on time!
Please get this in on time. If you are having trouble with the online form
(located at www.cdcki.org/mrf/ltg/ltgMenu.php) you can just use the attached
template for this month and we will fix any problems you are having.
