[District Board] A Challenge from the Con Con Chair

District Board,

Here is the breakdown by division of last year's DCON attendance. Your
challenge, to increase attendance in your division by 10! If each division
increases by 10, we will have 300 in attendance at our DCON! (And I will
have met the first part of Jeff's challenge to me).
