[District Board] CDCKI Awards...and DCON Registration!

Hey District Board!

*The updated CDCKI awards can now be found on the district web site!!* You
can start promoting right away for your clubs to start applying :) The
awards can be found both on the newly updated DCON page (so, yes, you can
start promoting DCON registration as well) here
http://www.cdcki.org/events/DCON_main.html. And they are also updated on the
bottom of the Member Resources: Documents page as well.

Like I mentioned, the 2008 District Convention page/registration is up as
well, so encourage your division to start registering :)
