[District Board] Convention Program Ads

Dear DCON Sub Committee:


Great job last night on working on getting our tagline and logo idea!

As many of you know each year we try and find people/businesses who
would like to place an ad in the convention program. This year we will
be doing the same thing again.

The purpose behind the program ads is that they can help with the
budget for DCON. In other words, the more ads we get, the more money
we have in the budget, the more we can do in terms of things like
decorations, souvenirs, entertainment, etc.

So, we all have some great ideas and some great potential, and I
really would love to see all of this happen. I would like to encourage
each of you to sell one full page of program ads this year. This can
be done in a variety of ways...

You can ask for program ads from
*Your Kiwanis Clubs or clubs in the area
*Local business
*Family members in the Capital District
*Anyone who would like to put an ad in the program

Please take the time to contact a few people in your area and ask them
if they would like to put an ad in the program.
Some of you who were also in Key Club could go back to the club which
sponsored your Key Club in High School and ask them for a program ad
as well.

If you have any questions about program ads please feel free to
