[District Board] Tomorrow Fund Grant Recipients and FTR Registration!

Hi everyone!

 

                I just want to say congratulations to all the CKI clubs in
our district that received Tomorrow Fund Grants!!

 

                The Tomorrow Fund is an endowed fund for Circle K
International held within the Kiwanis International Foundation. This fund,
utilizing the interest earned, helps CKI clubs and districts serve the world
through grants for service opportunities. The fund is established through a
portion of CKI member dues, through direct donations, through the donation
of Carthage-Pullman Society memberships, and through the donation of
Sapphire Circle honoraries.

 

                The 2008 CDCKI Tomorrow Fund Grant Recipients are as
follows:

 

.         University of Virginia : $200

.         Virginia Tech: $500

.         George Washington University: $300

.         St. Mary's College of Maryland: $350

 

Congratulations again to the above-mentioned clubs, I look forward to seeing
these grants being used to better serve our communities! If you are

Also, Fall Training Rally Registration is still open and you definitely
don't want to miss out on all the awesome CKI fun to be had that weekend!
There will be a bonfire, fun workshops, intense challenges, plus you get to
find out if you are smarter than your LTG and.

 

 

(dum dum DUMMM) who wins the Ultimate Service Showdown, Pirates or
Ninjas?!?!

 

 

 

The event is from September 26-28, 2008 in Appomattox, VA and will be an
amazingly super fun time!! Registration is $50 and includes your housing,
meals, workshop materials, and a t-shirt!!
