[District Board] Fall Training Rally Files

Hey everyone!

Attached to this e-mail you are going to see the small group leader activity
packet for Friday night, the FTR program, FTR Board Skit, as well as a
detailed schedule for FTR. Please look over these files before tomorrows
board meeting so that if you have questions I can answer them.

One thing I mentioned in the detailed schedule that I thought would be nice
is a paper plate award for each group. During FTR find one of your small
group members who you think is really getting a lot out of FTR, maybe a new
member to CKI, or someone who does something really funny, or maybe goes the
extra mile during the service project. On Sunday morning when we do the
closing session we can give that person a paper plate award.

Also, LTGs, there is no designated time for Divisional Meetings, however if
you would like to get together with your Division make a brief announcement
of when and where Friday evening. Make sure your Division also knows
their *Divisional
Cheer*. We do a roll call during Opening Session.

Make sure before you come to FTR you have some contact info for people
driving from your Division. We do not get cell phone reception, however last
year, we got wireless reception. I have a Skype account that anyone will be
able to use to call their members to help them if they get lost.

Take a look at the skit too and if you have something you think should be
changed or edited just bring it with you to FTR and we can take care of it
then. We are also going to have a closing skit that's gong to inlcude one
pirate and one ninja playing guitar hero and it will segue into a District
Convention 2009 promotion. (I am bringing my guitars to FTR).

Finally, don't forget your workshop materials are due into Heather by *
Wednesday*. If you need to make copies of a handout for your workshop and do
not have time/free printing to do so let me know. I can print for free on
campus. I just need the files by *Thursday morning. *
