[CDCKI Chairs] FTR Board Meeting Agenda and Directives+November Board Meeting Date

District Board and Committee Chairs,

 

Please see the attached Board Meeting Agenda and Directives for the Fall
Training Rally Board Meeting.

 

Chairs, please note that this board meeting is required for all of you.  I
would ask that each of you prepare a written report to be given during the
portion designated during the board meeting.  If you will not be in
attendance, please pass a report along to your board liaison and contact me
so I will know of your absence.  Consult your directives that you were given
at the beginning of your term to determine what you need to have completed
by this board meeting.

 

Also, there was some confusion in the dates of the November Board Meeting.
The Board Meeting will be held 17-19 November 2006 at the Doubletree Hotel
in Charlottesville, Virginia.
