Hey Everyone!

You should all be planning on arriving as soon as you can on Friday
afternoon. If you can get there by 3-5 PM, that would be great so that you
can help with setup and registration, and you will all NEED to be at the
camp site by 8PM so that we can all discuss the weekend's activities and
make sure that you are all clear on what is going on and what your duties as
small group facilitators are!

Attached to this e-mail is a detailed schedule of the FTR Weekend (with some
notes for all of you!). Please read over this and start getting a feel for
what the weekend is going to look like. Let me know if you have any
questions! Also, I will send out the Small Group Packets (which has
instructions for SG leaders on how the small group activites for Friday
night work), Small Group Breakdowns (who's in your group), a "How to Play
the Game" sheet, and the Board Book tonight as well so when you get those
take a look at them as well!

Basically, the Small Group Facilitators are *Milan, Sam, Sao-Mai, Angie,
Deirdre, Rachael, Lana, Heather, Kristen, and Tanya*, and I'll be
facilitating the challenges and getting things set up in between. So, just
make sure that when I send out the packets later tonight, you get a chance
to look at that before FTR and be sure as well that you are able to get
there a little early so that we can brief before opening session, get our
"mini-skit" together, and make sure everyone understands what's going down!

I hope you all are excited for this weekend!! Please let me know if you have
any questions :)

*P.S. Please read over this file thoroughly b/c there are certain things you
should make note of.* LTGs, you should make sure your division either
cheers/does a divisional cheer during the Div Roll Call on Friday night, and
you should also be ready for your Divisional Meeting on Friday night. There
is a rough outline of things you should touch on during that meeting, but
please add other information that you feel is relevant to your division as
well (upcoming events, ideas for events, what the clubs are doing,
interclubbing ideas, etc.).
