[CDCKI Chairs] Governor's Visits

Hey Lt. Governors!

Okay, here is a status update on official Governor's Visits so that we can
make sure that we get these all set to be completed :)

*Completed Visit:*
Battlefield Division - September 29th - Sarah's House Project

*Confirmed Visit:*
Valley Division - October 27th - VTCKI Formals

*Planned Visits that need to be Confirmed* (LTGs, could you please give me
an update so we can confirm/reschedule the visit?)*:*
Foothills Division - October 28th - Was this ever set?
Tidewater-64 Division - Art Fair Event - November 3rd
Ridgeline Division - Retroline Event (at GMU?) - November 4th
Presidential Division - Divisional Council Meeting - Nov 17/18th

*Visits to Plan:*
Metro Division (probably the other Retroline event in the spring?)
Susquehanna Division

Don't forget that when we do set a date as a Governor's Visit, make sure
that it is promoted so that your division knows that it is a Governor's
Visit and that it is open to all the clubs in your division. If you have any
questions, please let me know!
