Hey CKI Clubs of the Capital District!

Don't forget that you should be recruiting new and returning members to your
CKI club now and getting them to pay their dues for the 2007-08 year! In
order to qualify for Early Bird Dues, your club should submit the check and
process the invoice online for at least 20 members (15 if your institution
has less than 1,000 students) and have it postmarked to the International
Office by November 1st. You will also need to send a copy of your
invoice and the latest membership roster of your club to District
Secretary-Treasurer Milan Nguyen at the following address: (Box 1390; 1701
College Ave; Fredericksburg, VA 22401).

In order to process your dues, you will need to visit the following site
http://soapmu.kiwanis.org/default.cfm?action=logon and login using the Club
Key Number and Password which should have been sent to your club President
through snail mail last month. If, for some reason, your club did not
receive this information, please e-mail me ASAP, and I will send the key
number and password to your Club President. Here, you can update all your
club members' information, add new members, etc. Please make sure that your
club's Faculty and Kiwanis Advisors' information and mailing addresses are
up-to-date so that your club will be mailed all the important information
that you will need!

In order to remain as an active CKI club in good standing, don't forget that
your club will need to have paid for and registered the minimum number of
members by December 1st of this year. You can always send in dues for the
minimum number of members and then send in more as you get additional people
to pay their dues. Please be sure that you send all $32/member (which
includes both district and International dues) to the address listed on the
invoice, which you need to process at the link listed above.
