Hey Club Treasurers!

*The deadline for Early Bird Dues is November 1st!* This means that you
should obtain the minimum number of members that your club needs (for most
of you, that is 20 people, but it's 15 if your institution has a population
of less than 1,000 students), add these members to your CKI club on the
online dues processing system, and then postmark the invoice which you will
generate online as well as your check for $32/member to the International
Office (the address is located on your invoice when you generate it) by
Wednesday, November 1st. If your club qualifies for the Early Bird Dues
award, you will not only be recognized and awarded at District Convention
2008, but you will also receive a nice looking banner patch for your club to
proudly display :)

In the case that you are unable to get your minimum members by November 1st,
you can still send in your dues so that they are received by the
International Office by December 1st and your club will still be listed as
an active club in good standing. In any case, please remember that these
deadlines are simply for the minimum number of members, which means you can
always submit whatever dues you have collected by the deadline and then add
more members again later on.

Don't forget that whenever you submit your dues to International, you should
also mail a copy of your invoice and updated membership roster to our
District Secretary-Treasurer Milan Nguyen (Box 1390; 1701 College Ave;
Fredericksburg, VA 22401).

abilities! If you are confused by how to use the online dues processing
