[CDCKI Chairs] Board Reports for DCON Board Meeting

Hey Board and Chairs!

The DCON Board Meeting Agenda and your Directives for now through March will
be out in the next couple of days, but, until then, please make sure that
you have been working on your DCON Board Report. It will be an
abbreviated report this time, so please note what needs to be included in
it.

   - Lt. Governors, you will only need to complete Sections 4
   (Club/Divisional Updates), 5(District Goals Update), and 7 (Personal Goals)
   of the attached Lt. Governor Board Report Template. This should be similar
   to the info in your Monthly Report Form, so it should not take too long.
   - Sam, your report should be a critique of the most recent issue of
   the *Courier* and any *Courier Extra* editions, as well as an update
   on the *Courier* contest/drawing at DCON.
   - Milan, your report should include the most updated District Service
   Hour Totals (with a monthly and divisional breakdown), a list of missing
   MRFs (clubs and Lt. Governors), an administrative account budget update, an
   interclub update, latest membership totals, and a district goal update.
   - Tanya, your report should be a brief District Convention Committee
   update with a a basic overview of what to expect for the weekend.
   - Jennifer, your report should cover any progress on the DCON service
   project and DLSSP, and any other progress on your directives.
   - Avanti, your report should cover any progress on Total K Day,
   communication with Key Club/Kiwanis-Family, and any other progress on your
   directives.

Since it is a shorter report this time, please send me a copy by *MIDNIGHT,
this WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 13th*, so that it can go in the Board Book! If you
have ANY questions, please let me know :)
