Hello friends!

I just want to say how impressed I am with how well DCON is coming along.
Everything is moving along so well, and we are almost to the finish line.

There have been a lot of updates since the last time we had our last chat
before break and I would like us to have one before DCON.What is everyone's
availability for either Wednesday or Thursday? I'm good either day just let
me know within the next day or two so I can set the day and time.

We'll work it the same way we have in the past, just send me an IM at
Tanya5298 and I'll invite you to the chat room. The chat should last no more
than an hour.

The agenda for the chat will be as follows

I. Call to Order
II. Old Business
            A. DCON Workday #1
III. New Business
            A. Update by Committee
            B. DCON Workdays
            C. Role at District Convention

If you have any files that you would like everyone to look over just hit
reply all and send them out.

Members of the district board are also invited to this chat as well and can
also offer input to this chat as well.

Let me know if you have any questions and I look forward to another chat
with everyone! Only a few more weeks until DCON! I hope you are as excited
as I am about it! :)
