[CDCKI Chairs] Fwd: [07_08CKIGovernors] Distinguished District Award Criteria

Yay! The Distinguished Criteria is slowly coming out :)

As a heads up, I would really appreciate it if you all can start sending me
materials that I can use them for our Distingiushed District Binder. The
following materials would be very helpful:

   - Club Communication - This includes e-mails to club presidents, stuff
   sent out over your reflectors, etc. Specifically the award is looking
   for promotion of the Service Initiative, Tomorrow Fund, Kiwanis Family, New
   Club Building, District Convention, International Convention, Dues
   Collection Education, and Service Hour Reporting. So if you have
   newsletters, memos, or just fun stuff you sent out which relates to any or
   all of these topics, please send me whatever you have so that I can use some
   of them :)
   - Kiwanis International Communication: If you sent in an article to
   the E-Builder, let me know ASAP! It doesn't have to have been published, but
   we need at least articles sent in by April 1st!
   - New Club Building: Any examples of materials you used/created to
   assist in new club building would be fantastic!
   - Dues Promotion: Any forms of publicity and promotion of dues
   collection which you sent out can be useful
   - Above and Beyond: I'll be thinking about this one, but please look
   over the Distinguished District criteria (3rd attachment) and if you have an
   idea of something specific we've done which doesn't fall into the other
   criteria, let me know so I can include it. I'm thinking one of the sections
   could be the District Fundraising Initiative since that's been a huge focus
   this year, but again if you have any other ideas or suggestions please
   just let me know!

When in doubt if something could be useful or not, please just go ahead and
send it to me and it's probably something we could use somewhere.
