[CDCKI Chairs] [CDCKI Metro] Hey Metro! The May Day Edition!

Hello everyone and happy May Day! I hope the semester is ending well for you
all.

I just have a few things to update you all on...

First, just as a reminder, if you have not yet submitted one, club MRFs are
due to me by May 5. You can either submit a paper version and e-mail it to
me or go to http://cdcki.org/mrf/clubMenu.php to submit one online.

Second, the Kiwanis Club of Tysons Corner is holding its annual "Take Me Out
to the Ballgame" fundraiser. It will be held this Sunday at Nationals Park
and it's the 1:35 game between the Nats and the Pittsburgh Pirates. Tickets
are $20 each and will be waiting at Will Call. This is sure to be a fun day,
so if you are interested in going, please contact Jeff Wolff, our district
administrator, at district_administrator at cdcki.org by Saturday.

Finally, I would like to congratulate *Howard University's CKI* for winning
HU's Excellence Award for Community Service Organization of the Year! Your
hard work and dedication to service has really paid off, HUCKI, and we in
Capital couldn't be more proud of you! Way to go!
