Hey Jeff, 

 

Thank you for your final meal and lodging count.  I am the Natural Resource
Education Coordinator here at Holiday Lake 4-H Center and I will be on duty
this weekend.  I wanted to introduce myself and give you the list for the
service project.  We may add to it some this week, but for the most part
this is what we need done.  Sometime before 3:30 on Saturday I can go over
the details with you. Thanks so much for your help we really appreciate it! 

 

Cut Autumn Olive trees/shrubs from the drain field by the barn and put in
piles to be picked up

Mix the compost piles

Re-distribute tire mulch in the amphitheater to even out the surface

Scrape the Recreation shed

Clean up trails behind the Nature room and boys cabins

 

Please let me know if you have any questions or think of anything else you
will need this weekend.  See you Friday!

Hi Brenda, 


Tried to reach you in the office today but I think you had already left for
the day. I wanted to give you the numbers for next weekend. 

 

We will actually only need the camp to do a plated lunch on Saturday for 95
(at 12:25pm), as we are going to do a cookout for dinner on Saturday night
like we did last year.   Could you please make sure that there is a
vegetarian option that is not salad for lunch as this was a complaint we had
last year from some attendees? 

 

Lodging will be 95 for both nights. Also, I guess we will need the bunkhouse
kitchen so that we can store food in the refrigerator there for breakfast
and dinner. 

 

Finally, I wanted to find out what the service project for Saturday will be.
They have allocated two hours (3:30-5:30pm) for the project.
