Hello Capital District!

This is a reminder that Virginia Tech Circle K International is hosting our
annual Formals event on Saturday, October 28, 2006 in Blacksburg, Virginia!
This year is extra special for our club because we will be celebrating our
50th birthday! So, if you like good food, dancing, socializing, getting
dressed up, and hanging out with the coolest Circle K'ers around come on
down to Virginia Tech and help us celebrate this milestone!

Here's the low down...

What? Virginia Tech Circle K International (VTCKI) Formals - "Moonlight on
the Rivera"
When? Saturday, October 28, 2006. The dinner service begins at 7:00pm but
get there early to mingle and enjoy some light Hors D'oeuvres!
Where? German Club Manor - 711 Southgate Drive, Blacksburg, Virginia 24060
Why? Because VTCKI is turning 50 years old!
How? All registrations must be processed on-line at:
http://www.vtcki.org/formals/ The deadline for registration is Sunday,
October 22, 2006 at 11:59 PM

Extra Details:

   - The cost for the night is $20/per person. This includes your meal
   and admittance to the dance; all remaining proceeds will be donated to the
   district project - "Founding Literacy in Youth"! :)
   - If you need housing, no problem! Just note that on your registration
   form and we will provide you with housing with some friendly VTCKI'ers
   for the night.
   - What's the dress code you ask? Semi-Formal! Come dressed to impress
   and you will knock them dead. Semi-formal attire  consists of dark
   suits for men and semi-formal dresses for women (cocktail dress or
   prom dress style).
