Fellow CKI Members,

This email is to inform each of you that effective Monday, October 16, 2006,
International Trustee Tom Lawrence has resigned from his position for
personal reasons.  Due to the personal nature of Tom's resignation, I ask
that each of you show your gratitude and concern for him while respecting
his privacy in this matter.  The organization wishes him well as he leaves
amiably and on his own terms. 

I have already been in touch with the leadership of each of the impacted
districts.  Now the board will begin the replacement process and will keep
each of you and the membership informed as to the outcomes.  If you have any
questions about the upcoming process, please do not hesitate to contact me.
