Hey Deirdre!

I just wanted to let you know that the deadline for the district tour
package has actually not passed yet. The first payment was due already, but
now if someone wants to still use the package option, they definitely can
(the first payment would just be due ASAP and then the rest on the
appropriate dates). I hope that makes sense :-)

Just wanted to make sure that everyone has a chance to read what our OTIC
chair, Anh Nguyen, put together.  The deadline for LSSP has passed for this
year as well as the ICON package put together by our district. You can still
go to ICON though! There is a lot of information on that in the newsletter. 

The deadline for Club Awards is June 15!!!!! I highly suggest that some of
you look into filling these awards out, you never know you might just win
one of them and it doesn't hurt to try! If you have any questions about the
awards, feel free to ask me! 

Presidents, please e-mail me the final count of those attending LSSP and/or
ICON this summer and if you are interested in rooming with other clubs. This
way it is also easier for our district to figure out how many to expect if
we are going to get together as a district (or a division).

Postmark Deadline for LSSP is TOMORROW May 15, 2007. Form is available at

Received By Deadline for Club Awards for ICON is June 15, 2007! 

You also have the option of bring your award forms with you to ICON and
submitting them on site.

If your entries are heavy and bulky (i.e. scrapbooks) lighten your luggage
weight and mail your entries prior to June 15th!!
