[CDCKI Metro] Update to Retroline Cost!

Hey!

I wanted to let you guys know that there has been a change to the cost 
of Retroline!

$5 for people not tie-dying or bringing their own T-shirt
$8 for people who want a white t-shirt

Currently the Ridgeline LTG and I are trying to get a registration form 
put on the CDCKI website to make it more efficient for everyone.  We'll 
let you know when it is up hopefully! Sorry about the last minute change!
