responsible for your hotel reservations! *This year's convention will be
held at the *Hyatt Fair

*All convention attendees are responsible for making their own reservations
directly with the hotel

* or by calling (703) 818-1234. *  A block of rooms listed as "Capital
District CKI Convention" has been reserved at a rate of $89.00/per room per
night plus applicable taxes until *TOMORROW NIGHT (midnight of January 24th)
!!* Room availability and rates cannot be guaranteed after this date.

*This means you definitely want to call the Hyatt Fair Lakes at (703)
818-1234 or go online and make a room reservation ASAP* *so that you can get
the much lower District Convention price ($89/night) for your hotel
rooms.*If you wait until after January 24th to make a reservation, the
room prices
will be much higher when you go to reserve them. You will need a credit card
number to make the reservation, but you will NOT need to pay anything until
you check out from your room(s) after DCON (at which time you can always
change your Credit Card/pay by cash/check instead). Please let me know ASAP
if you have any questions about reserving hotel rooms for your club!
