[CDCKI Presidents] Service Committee

Greeting Capital Leaders,

I am writing to you for your assistance this year.  I am hoping some of you are
interested in joining me in the service committee.  It is a good way to get more
involved in Capital and this year's service initiative is very exciting.

Upcoming duties include: 
 Publishing the Children’s Anthology (choosing layout, etc.) 
 DCON Service Fair (contact organizations, advertise to clubs to have
service boards, etc.) 
 District Large Scale Project in the Spring (planning, advertising,
resource contacts etc.)

These are the positions we are seeking

1) Logistics – help the service chair with details pertaining to her
duties. This position includes a wide variety of tasks.
2) Public Relations – help the service chair in contacting other
organizations and clubs. Coordinate organizations to come to service
fair. Work with the publishers of the anthology.
3) Marketing – make literature, fliers, publicity, to clubs on 
service
events that the service committee works on.

brochures, fliers, or other media you have made (if available) to District Service
