[CDCKI Presidents] November Monthly Update

*Hey Capital!*

*First of all, congratulations for completing the highest number of service
hours per month so far this year! Our reported service hour total for
October was 4,871 hours. That is over a thousand hours greater than our
previous leading monthly total (which was 3, 818.75 hours for April), and it
puts our district service hour total for this year at 15,181.1 hours! Great
job :-)*

*Also, we had a high percentage of Monthly Report Forms (MRFs) submitted for
this month! However, if you are one of the clubs that still hasn't
submitted October's MRF, please send it in as soon as possible. If you have
any questions about the form, let me know. We still have not finished the
saving capabilities of the online form, so if you could continue to use the
updated MRF template for this month, that would be great! Remember, you
should have a new template which includes a CKI - CKI interclub section so
that we can keep track of our interclub goal (which is to have an average of
two CKI - CKI interclubs per club by March 31, 2007). If you do not have
this new template, you can find it on the CDCKI website under the "club
secretary" section!*

***Don't forget that if your club has been collecting stories for the
district book project, they must be submitted to a district board member by
November 16, 2006, so that they can be judged at this year's CDCKI November
Board Meeting. Please submit the top three entries(if you got more than
three) that you have received!** *
