[CDCKI Presidents] Online Dues Processing Information

Hey Capital!

It was nice to meet so many of you at Fall Training Rally last weekend!

I have attached the PowerPoint from the Treasurer's Workshop regarding
online dues processing. It goes through the entire process step-by-step. If
you still have any questions, feel free to let me know!

Remember, CKI dues are now payable, so if you have started collecting them
from your members, you can go ahead and send them in! My address is listed
below, so, when you generate an invoice, please send a copy of your new
roster to that address.

*Early Bird Dues Deadline: November 1, 2006!*
*Deadline for Dues: November 30, 2006!*

Also, if you have still not received your "club key number" and "unique
password" (these were sent to all clubs by snail mail a couple of weeks
ago), then this may be because your club address listed online is out-of
date. Please let me (bhats7637 at gmail.com), or your division's Liuetenant
Governor know if you still need this information, and we will be sure to get
this to you as soon as possible. If the address is out-of-date, once you get
your passwords, please update the contact information listed online for your
club so that you can receive any important materials that are sent to your
club!
