[CDCKI Presidents] Club Bylaws Changes

Hey Club Presidents,

 

This is just a reminder that all of your club bylaw amendments must be
submitted to the District for approval.  The board has allocated a section
of our November Board Meeting to review these changes.  So, if any of you
have updated your bylaws or plan do so in the near future, make sure you get
those changes in so they can be reviewed by our board.

 

Please submit all club bylaw amendments to me (governor at cdcki.org) and
Secretary/Treasurer Bhat (bhats7637 at gmail.com) NO LATER than November 13,
2006.  

 

Please send a file listing the bylaw section as worded, as well as the
proposed changes you would like to make.  Please provide some reasoning for
the change so the board may have a better understanding of the revision.
You will be informed of the board's decision following the November Board
Meeting to be held 17-19 November 2006.

 

Please remember that any bylaws changed must first be approved by the entire
voting membership of your club.
